Marketplace Seller Terms

To sell on the In Her Element Marketplace, you must:

• Be a verified IHE athlete or an authorized representative acting on a verified athlete's behalf
• Have a valid, active IHE account
• Agree to these Seller Terms and the IHE Terms & Conditions

Sellers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate
• Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Maintaining adequate inventory or clearly marking items as pre-order or limited

IHE reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that:

• Contains inaccurate or misleading information
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Violates these terms or IHE's brand standards

The following may not be listed on the IHE Marketplace:

• Counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise
• Products bearing third-party trademarks or league logos without proper licensing
• Digital downloads or NFTs (unless expressly approved by IHE)
• Any product that violates applicable law

• IHE charges a platform fee of [X%] on each completed transaction, TBD, legal to confirm
• Payouts are processed [weekly / bi-weekly / monthly, TBD] via [payment provider, TBD]
• Sellers are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings
• IHE will provide transaction records to support tax reporting

• Sellers must honor a minimum [X-day] return window, TBD
• Return and refund requests are managed through the IHE Marketplace dashboard
• In the event of a dispute between buyer and seller, IHE may mediate but is not liable for the outcome
• Fraudulent transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension

IHE may remove any listing or suspend any seller account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or behavior that conflicts with IHE's mission and brand values.

Sellers grant IHE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display product images and descriptions on the platform for the purpose of operating the Marketplace. Sellers confirm they own or have the right to sell all listed products and that listings do not infringe any third-party rights.

These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE, TBD], United States.

We may update these Seller Terms prior to or after Marketplace launch. Sellers will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their IHE account.
